Local Village Sejahtera is seeking a talented Deputy Sous Chef to join our team. We are a family-owned restaurant located in the heart of Karawang, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. As a Deputy Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, while also supporting the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by monitoring food preparation and cooking processes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.,Support the Sous Chef in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and specials.,Participate in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.,Maintain accurate records of food usage, waste, and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, with a focus on traditional and modern dishes.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit and certification in food safety and hygiene.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
