• Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events and activations in Bali, aligning with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.

• Utilize event management software such as Eventbrite and Hootsuite to streamline planning and execution.
• Leverage knowledge of Bali's culture, attractions, and local partners to create immersive and engaging experiences.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event delivery.
• Analyze event performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance event strategies and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
• Strong understanding of Bali's culture, attractions, and local market dynamics.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
