📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, working closely with internal teams to find effective solutions.
• Maintain and update client records and communication logs using our in-house CRM system.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of customer service reports and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and communication.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Knowledge of maritime and logistics industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record.
