📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct due diligence on potential subcontractors, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
• Prepare and maintain detailed due diligence reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of due diligence protocols and procedures.
• Provide support to the subcontractor management team in managing and monitoring subcontractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in due diligence, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international regulations and standards relevant to logistics and transportation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
