📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations.,Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and optimal stock management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Participate in corporate events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
