📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor junior BIM engineers in the implementation of BIM processes.,Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols for Gamuda Group projects.,Create and manage BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.,Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into construction workflows.,Conduct BIM training sessions for project teams and stakeholders.,Evaluate and select BIM software and tools for project needs.,Ensure BIM models are optimized for performance and collaboration.,Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to facilitate BIM integration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Professional certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM and construction projects.,Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with lean construction principles and methodologies.
