📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.,Manage project budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.,Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using project management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
