Makmur Yoga Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge,Develop and maintain training materials and resources,Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff members,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Proficient in Indonesian and English,Certification in training and development is a plus
