• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.

• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality products.
• Analyze procurement data using tools such as Power BI and Excel to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the procurement process.
• Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Proven track record of negotiating with suppliers and driving cost savings.
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
