📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and train a team of store assistants to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and sales events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
