📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business objectives,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Mentor and coach employees to help them achieve their learning and development goals,Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall HR strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies is a plus
