📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns promptly.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency.,Oversee the maintenance schedule, ensuring timely servicing and repairs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles or equipment as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
