📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle all financial transactions related to warehouse operations, including cash and non-cash transactions.,Record and verify all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the management.,Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and warehouse tasks.
