📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards.,Support the team in achieving production targets and KPIs.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality checks.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or related fields.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and field).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.🛠️ Keahlian
