Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor store performance and implement improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the laundry industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Must be available for hybrid work schedule.
