📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage data analysis projects from inception to completion.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.,Create and maintain data models and dashboards to visualize key metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.,Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.,Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.,Mentor and guide junior data analysts in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on leading projects.,Proven experience in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance processes.
