📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver high-quality learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience in managing budgets and resources for training programs.
