📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises,Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry,Investigate and respond to security incidents and emergencies,Maintain and operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarms,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation,Supervise and train junior security personnel,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of security procedures, regulations, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid security guard certification or license,Proficiency in using security equipment and technology,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities,Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
