📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.,Maintaining employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.,Handling employee grievances and conflicts, and working with management to resolve issues.,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and organizing training sessions on HR policies.,Supporting the HR team in the development of HR strategies and programs.,Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintaining a positive and professional work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a company.,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR management software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.,English language skills are a plus.
