Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.,Ensure the restaurant meets all quality and service standards, and maintain a positive reputation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
