📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the implementation of the environmental management system (EMS) in accordance with international standards such as ISO 14001.Develop and implement environmental policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Monitor and report on environmental performance, including emissions, waste, and water usage.Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.Lead and mentor a team of environmental professionals to ensure the effective implementation of environmental initiatives.Collaborate with other departments to integrate environmental considerations into business operations.Ensure that WHWAR's environmental performance is communicated to stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and the public.Stay up-to-date with the latest environmental trends, regulations, and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental laws and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.Proven track record of achieving environmental targets and improving environmental performance.Familiarity with the alumina and refinery industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
