📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and food standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.,Supervise and train junior staff members.,Keep accurate records of food usage and costs.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing special dishes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Experience in Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
