Big Heart Student Care is seeking a dedicated Student Care Officer to join our team in Bali. We are looking for someone who is passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for our students. As a Student Care Officer, you will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of students, ensuring their well-being and academic success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide daily care and supervision to students in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.,Ensure the safety and well-being of students, both inside and outside the school premises.,Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, behavior, and progress.,Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the school.,Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and respect.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to students, if required.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, such as field trips, sports days, and cultural celebrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international school or educational institution.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

First Aid and CPR certification.Basic knowledge of child development and psychology.Experience in working with diverse cultures and nationalities.Ability to adapt to different teaching and learning styles.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using basic office softwaresuch as Microsoft Office.
