📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform assembly and inspection tasks on production lines, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment, including CNC machines and robotic systems.
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process to the quality control team.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Participate in shift meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of assembly tasks.
- Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles, preferably in the electronics or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with assembly equipment, including CNC machines and robotic systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Indonesian language proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.
