📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct research and development to create new, healthy, and sustainable food products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with market demands and company goals.
• Develop and optimize food formulations using advanced R&D software and food safety systems.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and quality control tests to ensure product consistency and excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the food industry.
• Participate in product launches and market introductions.
• Contribute to the development of new processes and technologies to improve product quality and sustainability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food R&D, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using R&D software and food safety systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
