📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with security protocols and administrative procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of security and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Optimize workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address their security and administrative needs effectively.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.
• Ensure the effective use of security management software to monitor and maintain security systems.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of safety and security across all operational sites.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in security and administrative roles.
• Certification in security management or related fields is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and security management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
