📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures aligned with company standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Monitor and analyze cash flow to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for project profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• CACIB (Certified Accounting Clerk Indonesia) certification is a plus.
