📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee data and records using SAP HR and other HRIS tools.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of SAP HR or other HRIS tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
