📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the architectural design process for luxury hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the resort's vision and brand identity.
• Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with other design disciplines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and the leadership team.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the hospitality and architectural industries.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design for hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
