📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT and infrastructure equipment, including servers, network devices, and security systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize IT resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are a plus.
• Proficient in using tools like VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft System Center.
