📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify and process payment documents, including invoices and receipts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and submit financial proofs, such as bank statements and tax documents, for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial accuracy.
• Provide financial support to the logistics operations, including cost analysis and budgeting.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting best practices and industry trends to continuously improve financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the logistics or related industries.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
