📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct research and development to create new, healthy, and sustainable food products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with market demands and company goals.
- Develop and optimize food formulations using advanced R&D software and food safety systems.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and quality control tests to ensure product consistency and excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the food industry.
- Participate in product launches and market introductions.
- Contribute to the development of new processes and technologies to improve product quality and sustainability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food R&D, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in using R&D software and food safety systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
